DuPont has named Terry Caloghiris as president, strategic initiatives and John McCool as president, performance coatings, both effective Nov. 1. Caloghiris, 59, currently president of performance coatings, has held a range of senior leadership roles around the world in business management, sales, marketing, technical and operations during his 31-year career with DuPont. McCool, 57, currently vice president of performance coatings for the company's Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) region, has served in several leadership positions in various businesses and functions since joining DuPont in 1976.
