Dow Corning has introduced an interactive web-based project management system that enables contractors, designers and architects to access a global network of building materials experts.

The Dow Corning COOL (COnstruction OnLine) website is one of several innovations it is implementing to better integrate its global support services.

By registering at the COOL website, members can request construction services such as print reviews, sample tests and warranties online; receive real-time progress reports; get recommendation letters and documentation sent directly to them and their partners; and ask questions, get answers and access information critical to their project 24/7.
