International Paint LLC, has promoted Chris McMillan to protective coatings marketing manager, North America.
 
In this new role, McMillan will be responsible for managing and overseeing all of the product marketing and marketing communications activities related to the company’s International Paint, Devoe, Environline and Ceilcote brands serving the oil and gas, industrial, water and wastewater, high value infrastructure and commercial market segments throughout the United States, Canada and Latin America.

McMillan has more than 12 years of coatings industry experience, having begun his career at International Paint in 1999, working with the research and technology laboratory in color and product formulations, then moving into product and market management until he was named senior market manager in 2008.

McMillan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Science from Texas A&M University; holds a NACE Level 3 Coatings Inspector certification, and is an active member of SSPC.
