Brookfield Engineering Laboratories has appointed Vincent Hebert to the position of product manager - Powder Flow Tester (PFT), assuming responsibility for sales of the PFT in the Americas and coordinating worldwide sales with Brookfield’s international offices.

Hebert has been the lead sales engineering specialist for launch of the new Powder Flow Tester. Since joining Brookfield Engineering in 2007, he has also managed all educational seminars and since November 2009, training programs for Brookfield.

The Powder Flow Tester allows technicians to QC check incoming materials and evaluate how powders will discharge from storage containers. R&D can also rapidly characterize new formulations for flowability and adjust composition to match the flow behavior of established products said the company.

Hebert has over 25 years of experience in product testing, marketing, technical support and sales. Prior to joining Brookfield, he was employed at Measurement Computing Corp. in Norton, Mass. He is a graduate of Roger Williams University with a degree in electrical engineering.
