United Gilsonite Laboratories (UGL) has received notice of acceptance of both Glazol Glazing Compound and Drylok Powdered Masonry Waterproofing into ARCOM’s MasterSpec master guide specifications to engineers, architects, and design professionals.
Glazol Glazing Compound which forms a “cushion” against shock and vibration when used in replacing broken glass is ideal for use as knife grade caulking compound. It is superior to putty and may be used for glazing wood or metal sash, stetting plumbing fixtures and filling cracks and nail holes. It is pliable and will not chip or crack with year-round workability.
Drylok Powdered Masonry Waterproofer is formulated to fill and seal porous masonry walls against water. This economical waterproofer can be used inside or outside, above or below grade. Powdered Drylok is ideal as a base coat prior to painting as well as a finish coat.
