Eli Ortiz has been promoted to Customer Support Systems Manager. She will continue to work in customer service but will also oversee the team created to implement Superior’s new software system with new modules for CRM and across the board inventory control and tracking. Ms. Ortiz has been with Superior Materials for two years as a Customer Support Specialist, having worked previously as customer service manager for a personal care product manufacturer.
Mary Ellen Rogers has been promoted to Customer Service Manager. Mary Ellen has spent the majority of her career in raw materials Distribution and has been with Superior for almost five years as a Customer Support Specialist. She will be responsible for leading the team that processes orders from Superior’s current 750 plus customer base.
Bruce Fox’s role will be expanded to include Mid-Atlantic Market Manager. Bruce joined Superior one year ago as Personal Care Market Manager and his role will now include all areas of the company’s reach.
