l Ashland Distribution Company: The Industrial Chemicals and Solvents (IC&S) division has named Randy Jones business manager of its southwest U.S. region. Mr. Jones will be based in Houston, TX and will be responsible for the division’s core business accounts. Mr. Jones joined Ashland in 1990 as a sales representative for the fine ingredients division. Prior to his appointment, he served as southwest regional supply manager for IC&S and as business manager in the midwest U.S. region.
