ICI Paints: John J. Haggerty

l ICI Paints: John J. Haggerty has been named vice president and general counsel at ICI Paints North America. Mr. Haggerty will serve as a member of the board of directors and the North American executive team as he oversees the company’s legal and intellectual property functions. Mr. Haggerty joined ICI in January 2000 as group litigation counsel for ICI Americas in Bridgewater, NJ.
