Perma-Tech Industrial Coatings: Tim Kenworthy has been promoted to vice president of sales for this Cleveland-OH-based company. In his new position, Mr. Kenworthy will be responsible for overseeing a sales force that recruits new contractors for its expanding industrial coatings division. Mr. Kenworthy joined Perma-Tech in 1996.
