the company’s Charleston, WV facility.
Mr. Wills previously held production
positions at the Great Lakes Chemical
Corp. and John Brown Engineering
and Construction. Joseph Keener has
been appointed production supervisor
at the Newberry Springs, CA facility.
Mr. Keener had previously been the
