coatings company has elected Joseph P.
Viviano, retired vice chairman and
director of Hershey Foods Corporation,
to its board of directors. Mr. Viviano
will fill a vacancy in Class II of RPM’s
board, expiring at the company’s annual
meeting in 2003.
