Urecoats Industries: Art K. Guyton

Urecoats Industries, Inc.: Art K. Guyton has been appointed vice president of special projects at Urecoats Industries Inc. The Pompano Beach, FL-based company is a developer, marketer and distributor of sealant and coating products partially made from recycled material. Dr. Guyton joins Urecoats from Arthur Andersen, LLP.
Urecoats also named Ronald E. Clark vice president of operations, a new position within the company. Mr. Clark most recently served as vice president of Centimark Corp. in Canonsburg, PA, the largest commercial roofing contractor in the United States.
