● Muralo Paint, the leading paint brand from Bayonne, NJ,-based Norton &
Sons, has signed an agreement to acquire certain assets of Graham
Paint, a Chicago-based manufacturer of waterborne and aqua-borne
interior and exterior architectural coatings sold through independent
dealers in the midwestern region of the U.S.
Graham Paint, which will become a subsidiary of Muralo, will continue
to operate from its Chicago location. Harry True will remain with
Graham Paint, serving as president.
