Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes has revamped the packaging of its Sikkens car refinish products. New packaging
is based on the four colors of the Sikkens house style—red, blue, yellow and green, according to
the Sassenheim, The Netherlands-based unit. Specific colors now differentiate product lines and geometrical
shapes symbolize product types.
“We have redesigned our Sikkens labels
on the basis of two overriding objectives:
minimum confusion between items and
maximum consistency with our current
house style,” said Marc Spekreijse, global
product manager, Akzo Nobel Car
Refinishes.
The first product line to feature the new
label is Autobase Plus
