BASf Coatings AG: Jean-Pierre Monteny

council of BASF Coatings AG has
decided to reduce the board of executive
directors from three ressorts to
two, dubbed Ressort C and Ressort P,
retroactive to Jan. 1.
Ressort C, headed by Jean-Pierre
Monteny, contains the strategic business
unit, automotive OEM coatings,
industrial coatings and automotive
refinish units, as well as the corporate
division technology unit.
Ressort P, headed by Axel Loehr, is
comprised of the finance and accounting,
human resources, information
management, legal, tax, insurance
and purchasing units.
