Sun Chemical Corp: Peter Ludwig

announced that Peter Ludwig will retire
as executive vice president and general
manager of Sun Chemical Corporation,
the colors group, effective July 1, after
more than 40 years with the company.
The company will fill the general manager
position at a later date.
The company announced that Robert
Walsh has been appointed senior vice
president and chief operating officer of
the colors group, effective July 1. All
operations of the colors group will
report to Mr. Walsh, who will also
maintain operational leadership.
