Hot melt adhesives with good bond strength have been patented in Europe by Dr. Th. Bohme KG Chem. Fabrik GmbH. They contain, as a plasticizer aryl sulphonamide compound with low vapor pressure, ie. OH-functionalized aryl sulphonamide, which is easily and inexpensively prepared by reacting epoxy as specified with sulphonamide.
