Johnson Polymer: Gary Raley has been
named president and chief operating
officer of Johnson Polymer, succeeding
Kees Verhaar, who has stepped down to
pursue other opportunities.
Prior to the promotion, Mr. Raley
served as Johnson Wax Professional’s
North America president, a position he
held since June 2000. Before that he
served as senior vice president, global
sales and marketing, where he led the
development of a global sales team to
focus on key global retailers and building
service contractors.
Johnson Polymer also announced the
promotion of Alan Henshaw to vice
president product innovation and new
technology. In this new position, Mr.
Henshaw is responsible for managing
Johnson Polymer’s global product innovation
and new technology team with
members located around the world.
He began his Johnson Polymer
career 17 years ago as an industry specialist
and has held managerial and
directorial positions in the North
American, European and Asia/Pacific
Johnson Polymer organizations. Most
recently, Mr. Henshaw was global marketing
director for the company,
responsible for global marketing strategy
development, global brand development
and management of major global
business projects, alliance development
and management and leveraging crossmarket
segment synergies.
