Sieto was previously a market development

research analyst for Specialty
Minerals, Inc., Bethlehem, PA. In
his new role, Mr. Sieto will be
responsible for the market development
of waterborne products for the
coatings market.
Steven R. Drew has been appointed
to the position of strategic planning
manager. His responsibilities
will include acquisitions, joint ventures,
divestitures and strategic
planning for all Elementis
Specialties businesses.
