The Henkel Group recently took over Solyplast S.A., a Barcelona, Spain-based manufacturer of adhesives
and sealants. Solyplast S.A. produces and markets acrylate and silicone sealants as well as adhesives
for the craftsmen and DIY markets. The company, which has 42 employees, reported sales of €14.6 million
in 2001
