FSCT: At the close of the 2002 Federation
of Societies for Coatings Technology’s
(FSCT) annual meeting, David Jack
(Toronto Society) became the 81st president
of the FSCT. Mr. Jack is a paint and
coatings consultant.
In addition, Richard M. Hille
(Cleveland Society), VPO and member of
the board of directors with The Flood
Company of Hudson, OH, was named
president-elect of FSCT. Frederick (Fritz)
H. Walker (Philadelphia Society), a
research associate with the performance
chemicals technology division at Air
Products and Chemicals, Allentown, PA,
was elected secretary-treasurer.
Elected to serve terms on FSCT’s executive
committee and board of directors
were Joe E. Brown (British Society) and
John F. Bartlett (Pacific Northwest).
