RPM International: Thomas C. Sullivan

Inc. announced the addition of two
members to its corporate office.
Thomas C. Sullivan, Jr., is the new
director of corporate development and
will assist the company in implementing
its acquisition program. Mr.
Sullivan has served in a variety of
positions at RPM and has been with
the company for 16 years.
Michelle Proia has been named associate
general council of RPM. She will
assist the company with the management
of its legal affairs, as well as with
risk management and environmental,
health and safety matters.
