to the position of vice president in
charge of the company’s adhesives
and sealants division. He will be
responsible for business development
and growth of SpecialChem’s newly
launched service platform dedicated
to the adhesives and sealants market.
Mr. Bauduin spent the previous 12
years at Bostik Findley, where he
served in various positions.
