Degussa: Dr. Luginsland

Degussa: Degussa announced that
Hans-Detlef Luginsland has been
named marketing manager, silica
and silanes for rubber applications
with the company’s advanced fillers
and pigments business unit. In this
new position, Dr. Luginsland will be
responsible for the tactical and
strategic management of silanes and
precipitated silica as they relate to
rubber applications.
Dr. Luginsland has been with
Degussa since 1996, most recently
serving as manager of product development
for silica organosilanes in
the company’s applied technology
center in Kalscheuren, Germany
