sudden death of Scott Davidson,
chairman and CEO of Lucite
International, the company
announced changes to the organization
of the company. Geoffrey J.
Arbuthnott, currently non-executive
director of Lucite International
Limited, will assume the position of
chairman of the board. Ian R.
Lambert, currently the chief financial
officer, will assume the position of
chief executive officer, and Robert
Dunkley, currently legal affairs manager,
will assume the position of company
secretary.
