H.B. Fuller Company: John A. Feenan
has been named CFO, succeeding
Raymond Tucker, who has retired. Mr.
Feenan, who comes to H.B. Fuller
from Jostens, Inc., a Minneapolis, MN
consumer products firm, where he
served as CFO. He has extensive experience
as a CFO and in other key
finance and operating roles, including
controller, financial analysis, mergers
and acquisitions and general management.
Prior to his most recent experience,
Mr. Feenan also served as CFO
at Foamex International and Laporte,
plc, for both their North American
operations and adhesives, sealants
and coatings division.
