MAKES ORGANIZATIONAL
CHANGES IN RESINS LINES; LANDAU
NAMED MARKETING MANAGER,
ARCHITECTURAL COLORANTS
Degussa’s Coatings and Colorants business
unit has reorganized its resins
business line into two new business
lines, performance resins, headed by
Christian Kather, former head of the
Colorants business in Europe, and polyesters, headed by
Thomas Wildt, former
head of strategic
projects for the
Coatings &
Colorants business
unit.
Norbert Finke,
the current head of
R&D, was transferred
to Degussa’s
corporate center in
Düsseldorf on
March 1, and
assumed responsibility
for corporate
innovation.
The new head of
R&D will be
Werner Freitag,
former head of the
resins business.
In other personnel
news, Degussa
Coatings and
Colorants has
named Jeffrey
Landau marketing manager, architectural
colorants, reporting to Robert
Poemer.
