Ameron Makes Management Changes: William M. Smith

AMERON MAKES
MANAGEMENT CHANGES
Ameron International has named
William M. Smith senior vice president-
operations, reporting to James
S. Marlen, chairman, president and
CEO. Smith will have a broad range
of management responsibility and
oversight of all business segments of
the company, including its coatings
operation.Gary Wagner, senior vice president
and CFO, has assumed additional
responsibilities, including direct
responsibility for Ameron’s joint ventures,
including Oasis-Ameron, Ltd.,
its protective coatings manufacturing
JV in Saudi Arabia.
