BASF  Corp. has received a patent for colored and/or effect powder coating compositions for use on automotives, building materials, furniture, coils, cans and appliances. The powder coatings are prepared with well-controlled color and other properties as required by applying dispersions and solutions comprising oligomeric or polymeric components and solvents to the surface of stable oligomeric or polymeric particles and partially completely evaporating solvent.
