KERR-MCGEE MAKES
ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES
Kerr-McGee Shared Services LLC
has named Deborah Schramm vice
president of corporate communications,
responsible for internal and
external communications and community
relations. Schramm has
more than 20 years of experience in
communications. She joined Kerr-
McGee in 1998 as manager of external
communications and in 2000 she
was named director of corporate
communications.
The company has also named Ray
Gonzales vice president of human
resources global services, responsible
for benefits, compensation, relocation,
expatriate administration
and payroll. Gonzales also brings
extensive experience with more
than 20 years in human resources.
He joined the company in 2002 as
director of benefits and administration
solutions.
Director of global work force
development, James Hawkins, is
also taking on new responsibilities.
He is now responsible for organizational
development, employee relations
and human resources data
management.
