Rohm and Haas has received a patent for a powder composition used in forming a heat-stable wrinkle finish. It is comprised of a resin consisting essentially of one, or more than one, silicone resin having a condensable hydroxyl content of 2-7% by weight, a curing agent, and a wrinkle finish forming catalyst.
