ICI APPOINTS BROWN CFO: Alan J. Brown

ICI has appointed Alan J. Brown as
chief financial officer. Brown succeeds
Tim Scott who died in Aug. 2005.
Brown joins ICI from Unilever where
he was a senior finance professional
and general manager. Most recently,
Brown was executive chairman of
Unilever China, Hong Kong.
