Chemtura appoints general: Allen Julian

Chemtura Corporation has promoted Allen Julian to general manager for the company’s urethanes business. Julian will report to Janet E. Mann, president, performance specialties. Prior to joining Chemtura, Julian was president of High Performance Associates, LLC, a consulting company that he founded.
