Organizational changes at Cognis: Shruti Singhai

Shruti Singhal has been appointed director global key account management for Cognis’ Polymers, Coatings and Inks business (PCI). He will be based in the company’s U.S. affiliate in Ambler, PA. Ina Puscasu will take over his former role as market and concept development manger for consumer coatings. Puscasu joins Cognis from German specialty chemical company Wacker.
