Nuplex resins appoints smith
business development manager
Nuplex Resins has appointed Kelly Smith business development manager, waterborne technologies and new markets–the Americas. Smith joined Nuplex Resins in 1994 and has held a variety of technical and commercial roles within the resins business. Prior to his move to the U.S., Smith was general manager of the Nuplex Resins Foshan, China operation.
In his new role, Smith will be responsible for developing new initiatives and partnerships within the scope of waterborne polymer technologies that find applications in coatings, adhesives, sealants, inks, construction and textile markets.
