PM International Elects

RPM International’s board of directors has elected Ronald A. Rice executive vice president and chief operating officer; P. Kelly Tompkins executive vice president and chief administrative officer; Paul G. Hoogenboom senior vice president, manufacturing and operations and chief information officer and Stephen J. Knoop senior vice president, corporate development.
Edward W. Moore has joined the company as vice president, general counsel and secretary. He succeeds and will report to P. Kelly Tompkins, who was recently promoted to executive vice president and chief administrative officer.
