The International Paint and Printing Ink Council (IPPIC) has elected Edward Donnelly as its new president. He was most recently senior vice president of DuPont and for several years was responsible for the DuPont Coatings and Color Technologies business on a global basis. Donnelly just completed his term as NPCA chairman and retired from DuPont.
