AvtoVAZ, one of the leading Russian automobile manufacturers, has awarded a prize to BASF Wostok, the subsidiary of BASF Coatings AG in Russia, as the best coatings supplier in 2006. The award recognizes BASF Wostok as being among the best 31 suppliers of the car manufacturer’s total 700 suppliers.
