RPM Director Edward B. Brandon to Retire: Edward B. Brandon

RPM International Inc. announced that Edward B. Brandon plans to retire from the board of directors at the annual meeting of stockholders to be held on Oct. 4, 2007. Brandon’s retirement is in accordance with the company’s informal director retirement policy. To fill the vacancy that will be created by Brandon’s retirement, the board of directors has nominated David A. Daberko, 61, to stand for election as a director at the upcoming annual meeting.
Daberko is chairman of the board and CEO of National City Corporation, one of the nation’s largest financial holding companies.
