Valspar Board of Directors Elects New Members
The Valspar Corporation announced that the Board of Directors elected Janel Haugarth, executive vice president, president and chief operating officer, supply chain services, Supervalu Inc., and Stephen D. Newlin, chairman, president and chief executive officer, PolyOne Corporation, to the Board of Directors. Haugarth has been appointed to serve on the board’s audit and governance committees. Newlin has been appointed to serve on the board’s compensation and governance committees.
