Bayer MaterialScience appoints nara director risk management : Nara

In her new position Nara’s responsibilities will include developing and executing local documentation and control objectives, directing efficiency control testing for SOX compliance and certification and managing internal audits for the legal entity. She will also serve a leadership role in Enterprise Risk Management activities. Nara began her career with Bayer in 1995 as a senior operations specialist and has held positions of increasing responsibility.
