PPG appoints two new vice presi: Charles F. Kahle

PPG Industries has appointed two new vice presidents. Charles F. Kahle II, director, coatings research and development, has been named vice president, coatings research and development. Kahle joined PPG in 1987 as a research associate in coatings. He subsequently held key technical leadership roles in PPG’s chemicals and glass technology centers before assuming his current position as technology leader for coatings in 2004.
Vincent J. Morales, director, investor relations, has been named vice president, investor relations. Morales joined PPG in the corporate controller’s office in 1985 and served as director, internal financial reporting, prior to taking on his current position in 2004.
