Rohm and Haas Company has appointed Richard R. Lovely vice president, corporate director of human resources. In his new position, Lovely will lead the company’s human resources function and guide the company’s workforce strategies. In addition, he will serve as a member of the company’s executive council. Lovely has 23 years of experience in human resources, most recently serving as vice president, human resources for Tyco International’s fire and security business.
