Accessa acquires
Louisville Industrial Coatings
Accessa Coatings Solutions has acquired Louisville Industrial Coatings of Louisville, KY, to expand its market share throughout Southern Indiana, Kentucky and parts of Tennessee, southwestern Ohio and southeastern Illinois.
“This acquisition not only expands our presence in the markets previously served by Louisville Industrial Coatings, but also allows us to bring additional product solutions and resources to said markets, for both current and prospective customers,” said Vince Todd, Jr., vice president of Accessa Coatings Solutions.
Through this acquisition, the operations of Louisville Industrial Coatings will be moved to Accessa’s Indianapolis facility.
