ADCO Global, through its U.S. operating subsidiary, ADCO Products, has acquired The Dolphin Company, LLC. Based in Toledo, OH, Dolphin supplies custom-formulated adhesives, sealants and coatings to OEMs serving the bus, truck, RV, rail and farm equipment markets.

ADCO Global is a supplier of specialty adhesives, sealants, tapes, and coatings serving construction, transportation and industrial markets throughout the world via its operating subsidiaries ADCO Products, Inc., in North America and Kömmerling Chemische Fabrik GmbH in Europe, Africa and Asia.
