PPG names wagner general manager industrial coatings: William A. Wulfsohn

PPG Industries has appointed Gregory C. Wagner general manager, industrial coatings, Americas. He reports to William A. Wulfsohn, senior vice president, coatings. Wagner joined PPG in 1979 as a production employee at the Delaware, OH coatings facility. After college, he returned to PPG in 1984 as an industrial coatings sales representative. Wagner progressed through various PPG management roles in sales marketing, product development and operations, moving to Paris in 1999 as director, industrial coatings, Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. In 2004, Wagner was appointed general manager, industrial coatings, Europe, and shortly thereafter he relocated to Cincinnati as general manager, packaging coatings, Americas. In his new role, Wagner is working at both PPG’s Milford, OH, facility and its Pittsburgh headquarters.
