Industrial coating company Industrialex Manufacturing Corp., Arvada, CO, has acquired the customers and the management of Compass Industrial Coatings, Inc., Colorado Springs, CO. Established in 2003, Compass Industrial Coatings provides powder and liquid coating services to various customers in Colorado and had sales of approximately $1.4 million in 2007.
