National Starch and Chemical has obtained a composition for use in microelectronic devices comprised of a functional acrylic copolymer or terpolymer, wherein the functional acrylic copolymer or terpolymer has a Tg in the range of approximately 30° to -40° C.; an epoxy; a conductive filler; and a curing agent to cause thermal curing of the composition.
