RPM Hires senior
financial analyst
RPM has hired Treena C. Johnson as a senior financial analyst. She will report to RPM’s vice president and controller, Barry Slifstein, and succeeds Melissa Schoger, who transferred to RPM’s European headquarters.
RPM has also elected Frank C. Sullivan to the position of chairman and chief executive officer. He succeeds chairman Thomas C. Sullivan, who retired after 37 years in that post, but will remain on the company’s board of directors as chairman emeritus.
