ultra high shear mixer
Charles Ross and Son Company has introduced the new model of the PreMax Mixer, one of the company’s specialty high shear mixer designs. The PreMax is a highly efficient mixer, often used to improve dispersion prior to milling. The PreMax contains a specially designed rotor/stator that creates high flow and shear rates. The mixer can reduce the number of passes required to obtain high quality dispersion by up to 50% of which is normally required, according to the company.
